firstly I was told by management that they will give a free upgrade , where they asked me to go to other property which was A) available at booking.com at cheaper rate B) was very unhygienic and badly maintained . I had checked this property on booking.com and did not book it as its rating was not good. However , due to this cheating by management I ended up in the same dirty apartment where as I had paid for the property which was better rated and was having high price . Eventually : I ended up paying around 8500 for a property which has a rate of around 5500 to 6000 had I been alone , I would have definitely moved out of the property immediately. I could not , cause I was travelling with my elderly parents , one of whom is dependent on wheelchair for movement. pathetic experience.
