I arrived to be greeted by no lighting in the hallway, I walked into the bathroom and it had not been cleaned the shower mat inside the shower was disgusting and full of dirt and grime, there was a dirty bar of soap sitting in a dirty dove box. The bathroom stunk of what I can only say was sewage water. The hallway had not been vacuumed, there was dust all over the bedroom floor, the fridge was dirty, the sofa had stains on it. In the bedroom there was hair on the pillows and sheets, the walls looked like they had flood damage and the mattress was solid. I rang the owner to ask for a refund as to which she refused, I then called booking com who spoke to her and she offered to clean I spoke to her again and she said she would clean. We went out and came back and she had removed the dirty shower mat out of the shower and that is all she had done. Awaiting a refund or I will be doing a charge back with my bank. Absolutely disgusting the pictures on the booking.com site are not anything as to what the place looked like that we stayed in.

"Good location, room ok, but over-priced and lack of attention to detail in maintenance/service."

Big room, Good location.

Rather over-priced. Shower door was broken. Kettle in the room, but coffee/tea/sugar tray not refilled and complete. Overall an insufficient attention to detail.

Everything was ok, stains on bed sheets. Door got jammed shut and we couldn’t get out the room for a couple of hours as they had to get someone out to fix it.

Arrived to the apartment and from walking in it was freezing cold, only to then find out that there was no electricity. Arrived at 3.30pm and electricity went on at around 5pm for about 20 minutes, then went off again for another hour or two before it came back on (it was almost dark by the time we had lighting). In the meantime, we couldn’t use the shower, make a cuppa, have heating or make any food so had to order out costing more expense (which wasn’t our plan after a long day). The apartment was ok but the bedding appeared to have been washed but some sheets had blood stains on them and other random marks which we wouldn’t expect. Also, one of the sofa beds had rips in the material making it impossible to sleep on so we had to have one on the sofa itself and then use the futon as a 2nd matress for the other bed. Only stay here if it’s for 5 people, definitely not 6 in this case. Overall, for £135 a night it was ok but would have been a much better experience with warm water and electricity with 6 of us desperately wanting a shower and cuppa after a long day.
