Nearby Old Town - 3 minutes from Zelni trh. Spacious aparťmenr. If you like the style how its decorated, you will love that place.

As with high ceilings, the echoes are a bit loud /mainly if the neighbourghs come back home during the night you can hear them walking on the wooden floor.

absolutely amazing! the host was so lovely l, the apartment, I can’t even describe properly how homely it felt. the location is the best you can get. The whole apartment was so cosy, the beds comfortable. the courtyard so lovely. the kitchen amazing, TV massive, wifi so fast. we stayed here for a month and honestly it was so sad and hard to leave! we loved everything about the apartment

House is spacious. Double bed is big and comfortable. GREAT location.  But thats pretty much the positives about the place. 

This was our 1st (and only) stay till date on "ground floor property" and I was not expecting it, while booking - as guest reviews talked about apartment on 3 or 4 floor "with beautiful view of the cathedral" and thats why I had booked this place and was totally disappointed being on ground floor. There is no proper instruction or indication "where" the flat is - no name or flat number etc. So, we were trying to open all possible doors in the dark as there was no automated lighting and we did not know where the switch was. Toilet seat is way too short, for the bowl as if its a child seat. ONE toilet roll for 2 people for 3 nights was provided. No liquid soap. No bathing gel. There was a USED soap bar on the basin. Kitchen washing liquid container was empty - when we asked we were told its not possible to do anything about it. No kitchen towel (cloth or paper). Forget about bottled water, tea, coffee, pepper etc. No hand towel. No shower curtain. Cigarette butts on the garden door in the bedroom - had not been cleaned since many months Bed, blanket were clean, pillow covers - not too sure. I had requested for extra (bed)sheet - which was not provided. Loud neighbors. You can hear loud music, people talking all night. Above neighbors do the looooong "elephant walks" at odd hours. I was woken several times, by people using the staircase all through day-night. Customers from bar near the apartment building entrace PISS just below the living room window - we shoo'd one away. Strong Marijuana smell in corridoors. Cornish on ceilings in bedroom and kitchen is broken at few places. Kettle cover is broken. There is a dustbin (thankfully!!) WITH cover which you need to open with hands each time you need to throw something (its not open bin or not openable by feet tap) - totally inconvenient. Worn down carpets, waiting for disaster to happen (tripping over and falling and breaking a tooth). Unfortunate placement of TV.

After a messy exchange via email and WhatsApp, I arrived in Brno and found out that the keys are not where they were supposed to be, and the host was not responding to calls. I had search for alternative accommodation in the middle of a rainy night.

Excellent communication and help from the host the apartment is lovely and it’s at the heart of the city centre everything is within walking distance, the host even helped us with the parking I hope we could stay more Brno is a nice city to visit and this is a great apartment to stay
