Geen zwembad bij het appartement (alleen bij de villa zit een privezwembad) Bij het appartement is alleen airco in de slaapkamer, het kan dus warm worden in de badkamer en de benedenverdieping.

We recently completed a 10-day stay (Nov 24 – Dec 4) at Hokky Accommodation and were thoroughly impressed by the quality of service and the serene atmosphere. The property operates within a traditional family compound, featuring beautiful family temples that provide a sense of cultural authenticity and high security. Room & Amenities: Our private villa was split into two levels, featuring a comfortable living area on the ground floor and a bright, sun-lit master bedroom with a balcony on the upper floor. The room was equipped with a premium king-size bed and a large-screen TV (please refer to my photos for details). Waking up to the sound of birds and the view of the lush tropical garden was a highlight. Note that the bathroom is somewhat compact, though it remains functional and clean. Dining Experience: The breakfasts prepared by Agung are truly standout. Each meal is crafted with artistic precision and a wide variety of fresh ingredients. It is easily one of the best breakfast experiences we’ve had in Bali. Management & Service: Under the management of Mrs. Etik, the level of hospitality is outstanding. Her proactive approach—checking in every evening for breakfast orders and personalizing the guest experience—is commendable. Any minor issues were addressed with immediate attention and genuine care. A sincere thank you to Mrs. Etik, Agung, and the entire hardworking team for their dedication. Location & Accessibility: The location strikes a perfect balance between tranquility and central access. Major attractions like Ubud Palace, the Monkey Forest, and popular yoga studios are within walking distance. For dining, Putu's Wild Ginger (located just 100m away) offers high-quality local cuisine at very reasonable prices. Highly recommended for those seeking an authentic, peaceful, and professionally managed stay in Ubud.

We didn't have any major complaints, but if we had to suggest one improvement, the bathroom could benefit from a more modern renovation.

Our first trip to Bali, we were immediately welcomed into this family compound. Walking by the brightly adorned temple for the first time (days before Galangan) is an image seared into my memory. The two level apartment sits within the compound, so we shared the rituals and rhythms of daily life, during this most auspicious time. Spacious bedroom upstairs has an AC unit, comfy bed, balcony with views of weathered temples and ornate rooflines. Bathroom with handheld shower over bathtub is simple yet efficient. Dining area down stairs has a fan, the decorative front door a “wow” moment every time I caught a glimpse of it. A generous 25 gal container of drinking water with dispensing pump as well as electric mosquito repellent device was provided. We made good use of the large umbrella on many afternoon excursions. Etik and her staff are so dedicated to ensure ( as best that they can) that each guest is satisfied. Breakfast was delicious and tailored to our dietary needs. Daily housekeeping available. Centrally located. This has been a priceless experience, that we hope to repeat in the not too distant future. There is a newer unit available on the property annex, with more privacy, a pool and an outdoor kitchen.

Fabulous stay at Hokky Accommodation. Eti and team looked after us, providing a lovely breakfast each day (banana pancakes were delicious) and taking care of the villa. The beds are extremely comfortable and the pool with a great jungle view and lots of butterflies made our stay really enjoyable. The villa itself is about 10 mins from central ubud but there is a main street with mini marts and some restaurants only a 5 minute walk away. We had no issue being picked up directly from the villa for a day trip to the rice fields, waterfalls etc. Overall a relaxing and peaceful stay, would highly reccomend!

Die Lage war super. Richtig zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Ich hatte zum Frühstück nur die angebotenen Säfte, da ich morgens nichts esse, aber die waren sehr gut. Etik ist eine super nette und liebe Gastgeberin und sehr bemüht.

It was the best place I stayed in Indonesia. Big villa with great pool and jungle view. The hosts are so kind and take care of everything you need. Amazing amazing breakfast! Very good location and quiete. You have kitchen with everything you need and all the facalities are highly maintained. Thank you Etik I will definately revisit in the future
