They are building a new outdoor market area right behind the aprtment, so it was noisy all day. I think it should be finished by Nov 2024.

The apartment is spacious enough for 2 people and has been renovated. It is quite pretty. I love the fact that the parking is in an underground garage very close by. There is also a small balcony to have a drink in the evening or coffee in the morning. The location is as good as it can possibly be. You are right in the old city center, where everything is at, but just a few dozen meters out of it, so it is peaceful enough. You have roughly 20 restaurants, stores, bakeries, and bars in like 2 minutes of walking radius. There is a beach right in front of the flat, and a very nice, more natural one 5 min away at Africa bar. I highly recommend this accommodation! Best way to experience the narrow old streets of the city and all that it has to offer, but without any of the downsides, like issues with parking or the place being too noisy or crowded.

Communication needs improvement. The lack of some type of shade on the balcony during the day and early evening. Some type of folding balcony shade cover could be a big added bonus.
