Waterfront ''Prosper'' - ZF Hvar

Great and clean studio apartment with comfy king sized bed, good kitchenette, decent sized bathroom. Its location steps from the Riva made it even better.

Great communication from the Host. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Location to historical sites restaurants, cafes and ferry terminal was excellent. We would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to our family or friends.

There was nothing we did not like about the apartment or host.

Location was perfect, the apt. Was on a first (2) floor so not too many steps up which is imp. because my husband has some mobility issues. It was modern with great AC, nice bathroom with a shower not a tub which are difficult for him a comfortable bed and nice kitchen. Nice TV.

Too cluttered with decorative items which I had to hide inside cabinets to have space for my cosmetics etc. The bathroom sink is beautiful but not practical since it makes a mess around it when you wash your face so cosmetics have to be somewhere else. No electric plug and mirror near the dresser that I ended using to do my makeup after decluttering it. The mirror is near the door but there is very poor lighting there and no place to put the makeup nearby. A mirror above the dresser with good lighting nearby would be perfect. The one step to go to the kitchen area is dangerous, I tripped on it more than once! No place to set your open luggage but the floor. A bench in front of the bed would have been perfect!

Location was perfect for the harbour and restaurants

It was a little smaller than the photos on the site.

The room was very comfortable and a great location. Easy access to the ferries, restaurants and within walking distance to beaches and historical sites.

All the details and the apartment came with everything. Very cosy and most of all Toni. Very helpful and kind people that manage the property. I was travelling alone and felt super safe. The location was perfect and the view!! I also loved it because I went before the start of the season so I would wake up to Ocean sounds and birds. I must say,it was the best place I have stayed at in Hvar! I will definitely come again this or next year.

The apartment was very comfortable and a good size. Had a view of the harbour over the canopy of the bar below. Great location for restaurants and bars.

Not so keen on the door into the apartment. There were 2 doors to gain access. The one from street was fine but the one to get into the room was a plastic half frosted glazed door with a frosted window next to it and if someone entered the other apartment the light would come on in the stairway when they came up the stairs and you could see people through the frosted glass, this didn’t feel very private.
