GBStayed in the studio with balcony room and it was fantastic! Very minimal in decor but everything was new, modern, clean and fresh. The bathroom was nicely designed with a powerful, walk-in shower (floor did get a little wet). For some the sliding door may be a little off putting for privacy/noise but we were fine. The bedroom was spacious with a huge, comfy bed. The air conditioning was really powerful and welcomed in the summer heat! The big-screen TV on the wall and the end of the bed with free Netflix access was a really nice touch. There was ironing facilities provided if you needed it and also a first-aid box which was handy. There's 2 small balconies with the studio apartment, 1 a little more overlooked than the other but both very nice to have. The kitchen area was minimal but modern - we were on holiday so not there to cook anyway! A lovely touch was the Nespresso coffee machine and pods which were there for use. The hosts were so kind and couldn't have been more helpful (even offering to collect us when we arrived!). They messaged regularly to check we were comfortable and if there was anything we needed. The apartment was cleaned and stocked up regularly and overall the hosts cared about you having a perfect stay - and we did! The area is so lovely and peaceful, yet literally a 7 minute walk down into the main square with all the restaurants and bars and about 10 minute walk to catch the ferry. It was the ideal location to stay. It is up a big hill but there were shortcuts down and almost all of the apartments in Hvar are on hills so something to keep in mind in general if visiting. In the other direction it's about a 15 minute walk down to Pokonji Dol beach which is really lovely with big comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas - don't miss a visit! We loved our stay here and would thoroughly recommend Feel at Home Hvar apartments.
