Host allowed early check-in if the cleaning has been done. Prompt response and good communication. Refund for deposit was received on the same day, in the evening.

Pillow Shortage: Each single bed has only one pillow, and the double bed has only two. Most people prefer more than one pillow for support (e.g., to prop themselves up in bed). Providing a minimum of two per single bed and four for a double would be a significant upgrade in comfort. Bedding Colour is Concerning: The bedsheets are a dark, non-white colour. While I'm sure they were cleaned, the colour makes it impossible to verify their cleanliness visually. As my father noted, "you can't even see if it's dirty." Switching to white or light-coloured linen is a standard practice in hospitality for a reason—it guarantees a clean appearance. Tiny Dustbin: The kitchen/bathroom dustbin is comically small. We had to empty it multiple times a day. A standard-sized bin is a must.
