I booked the master bedroom and bathroom but was assigned a three-bedroom suite instead. The host specifically warned that using other rooms could result in a fine or require price inquiries. Upon arrival, the room and bathroom had a damp smell, and the environment was quite disgusting, with damp stains on the walls. The living room was not cleaned properly; there was dirt on the table and hair on the floor. The master bathroom was uncleaned and flooded, and the main room had ants, which contaminated my luggage. There were crawling insects on the sofa and bed, making the overall environment very dirty. I wouldn't recommend providing pillows as they were extremely flat. Although this property has a water park for kids, I strongly advise against bringing children here due to the poor hygiene conditions!

We stay at Duplex unit condo for 10 pax. Nice place with good condition and clean. Good location to most of the travel spots and foods. Air condition fully function as expected and cold. Highly recommended for family or group of friends.

Please be aware that the door to retrieve the key is locked and caused hassle for my family as we could not enter the lobby. My elderly parents have to wait outside in the hot weather. The management team did not turn up despite promised that they will come and help. They are using a sim card internet wifi modem. Thus, Internet speed is slow, I'm getting around 1-2mbps only and disconnected often. Kitchen faucet is wobbly. No proper cups provided for us to make hot drinks. Iron is not available despite advertised. Water heater in both bathrooms have faulty dial and cannot adjust temperature. Please be aware of all this pitfalls before booking. Please book at your own risk.
