Extra bathrooms, proximity to the shops.
1) We were told the room was not ready at 3pm as the room was not cleaned yet. Finally checked in at 5.30pm. 2) TV did not work even though we were told otherwise, and when asked for instructions, none given.

Fantastic location, a lot of food shops within 5-10 minutes walk. The apartment is clean and spacious for 4 people.
The mattress isn't comfortable, it sinks too deep so I wake up with sore back and neck The AC in one of the bedroom needs some maintenance. It's not able to copl the room.
