Location is very near to many shops in city as its walking distance only. Grab fees is cheap in Ipoh too.

Master room toilet should have a shower curtain to block water from going to the other part of toilet. After shower the water splashes all over. There is a curtain railing in bathroom so pls hang a shower curtain.
