Ferienwohnung Giesa

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön eingerichtet, zudem war es sehr sehr sauber. Gerne würden wir wiederkommen, sofern die Unterkunft frei wäre.

I stayed there for 2 weeks. The area is just beatufil, location is perfect. 4-5 min to start of the trail. Climbing up the mountains gives the most relaxing and peacefull view. It's in the city, but it feels like in nature. The host was very friendly and kind. Apartment was very clean and well prepared. If something has ended the host quickly provided it. I definitely recommend.

shops for groceries in close proximity. Very quiet environment hosts were very easy going.

We called the host if we could arrive later and it wasn’t a problem. The place is in the quiet part of the city with forest nearby. And there is a beautiful church with Celtic(!) wooden door in the neighbourhood.

Nothing about the accomodation itself. Just be careful you slow down in the Living street zone when arriving. There was a speed meter taking pics of us right at the finish line.

The apartment is very nice, it has a lot of amenities and even though it is not so close to the city center, the location is really beautiful.

WiFi connection was very slow and intermittent. However, the owners were so kind to share with us their private WiFi. This was very convenient, as I needed it for work.

The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood on the edge of Jena. From the apartment, you can hike into the surrounding countryside directly or catch a tram (five mins) walk into town. The host was very helpful and the apartment very clean.

The kitchen / breakfast room is a little small, there was just enough room for four people to squeeze at the table.

We were more than satisfied. The owner is nice and friendly lady who keeps the appartment very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our privacy but, when needed the lady was always there to give as her advices or help. The location of the house is in the outskirts of Jena, so you can fully relax in countryside but yet very close to the big city. We can reccommend this place to everybody who would like to spend their vacation in beautiful and green countryside as Jena region offer a lot to its visitors.
