"Was nice stay in a beautiful apartment."

Location was good and the place was lovely.

The rules about cleaning everything and taking the bins out was strange. Made us feel like we were doing the cleaning for the next people. Would have appreciated more clarity on what's expected when you leave the apartment.

"Exemplary apartment close to central York"

Superb location close to excellent restaurants, the Barbican for concerts and meetings, walking distance to most of York. Lovely decor and good levels of equipment, comfortable beds. Didn't get to use many of the facilities because of busy schedule but would suit many different needs beautifully. Excellent shower room.

Make sure that you have the code needed for access stored on non-volatile memory before you leave as train chaos, late arrival and a flat phone battery forced a different venue on the first night!
