with one exception it was excellent

Due to the road layout and roads being blocked by bollards we took three attempts to find the place. Although some guidance was given a map of the local area would be of use. it should show local landmarks, Monks Bar, College, shops etc.

excellent location, great amenities, comfortable and clean

only slight grumble was the the two chairs in the lounge area where quite uncomfortable when relaxing in the evening. Armchairs would make a good addition but appreciate space may be an issue

Very modern and clean. 5 minutes walk from York walls. 25 minute walk from the railway station.

Noisy heating / air con during the night.

Lovely flat and very well furnished. Two bathrooms was a bonus.. Very modern facilities and a secure setting

Difficult to find no 18 due to poor signage. Due to some confusiin the flat had not been serviced when we arrived.

A stunning apartment in an excellent location. Extremely clean and comfortable. Lovely hamper left for us on arrival with lots of local goodies to try. Beautifully decorated throughout.

Some drainage issue in the main WC which was quite smelly and lock on door was coming away but nothing that can’t easily be sorted.
