Owner helpful and accessible. Parking good and a nice bar nearby. Easy walk to the city centre.

Mrs found the outside stairs tricky.

I found the apartment very comfortable, at the location there were 2pubs where you could have a meal if wanted also a bus stop where 4 different buses ran regularly and a Tesco store 10 min away . It also only takes 30min to walk to the walls of York .

"Lovely break away, opposite race course. Local amenities very good, property excellent, local transport excellent, will"

Ideally situated, very close to bus stops also local shops and two bars. we tried one, closest to apartment, and food was lovely. Property very clean, layout was well thought out, kitchen had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable.

Stairs leading into property were very narrow and steep but this was mentioned in advert.
