Clean comfortable well equipped apartment in a great location. Hosts communicated well and were very kind to let us check in early and leave later. A vert generous welcome back too! Would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Really lovely apartment which was in a perfect location. Lesley and Jo kept in touch to make sure everything was ok and couldn't have been nicer. The hamper was a lovely touch and all the essentials such as tea, coffee and milk were really appreciated after a long drive. The apartment itself was also a good size with plenty of room. Would love to visit again sometime.

There was noise from the street at night but wearing earplugs helped with that issue. The TVs in the bedrooms also only got limited channels due to error on some channels.

Too cold Heating set to 18 and taped off When it was zero to plus one out side Also the flush button on the toilet needs fixing Too hard to push

Great location. Clean. Had a lovely hamper of biscuits, cereal, jam. Spacious. Lift. Lovely entrance to apartments. Hosts were very kind and helpful.

Location was fantastic, lovely little apartment. Milk, teabags , soap, a very wonderful welcome basket Being so close to the train and bus stations made exploring York and surrounding areas super easy.

We liked that it was sentrally located and very near shops, bus stop. Walking distance to the train station. The apartment is big enough for four people. Good space in the living room. It was clean and the whole apartment is light and airy. Kitchen is clean and they provided cleaning materials. Bed is comfortable. And we slept well. They also provided something to eat and drink like chocolates, biscuits, melk, tea and coffee (personal touch) which was appreciated.

The location was very good and the apartment was clean and comfortable.

This is personal preference and I almost always say it about hotels and holiday apartments - the beds are a bit too soft for me.
