"Perfect base to explore Athens"

When we arrived, Stavros was extremely friendly and helpful, providing numerous recommendations. The hotel itself was great, tucked away down a side street which was nice, away from the busy road, but close enough to Monastriaki Square to be able to enjoy it all. Breakfast was pretty good and the complementary water throughout the stay was much appreciated as it was very hot! Would definitely stay again. Oh and the rooftop bar was also a nice addition with a great view of the Acropolis

Very modern and cosy flat had all you needed for your stay. Good for the free parking. 10-15m walk into city centre

Settee has a sag in middle not comfy, but the 2 chairs good to sit on. Could do with a better matteress too thin.

Location is superb. The apartment is ideally situated for exploring the city. Only a short walk into the centre of York. Choice of four supermarkets (Morrisons, Waitrose, a mini Asda and Sainsburys) within a five minute walk. Dedicated parking spot is a huge bonus.

My wife noticed an unpleasant smell from the trap in the shower. The owners might consider vinyl flooring in the lounge-dining area as the carpet is stained quite badly in places. My personal gripe is that the toaster is only suitable if your bread slices are the size of playing cards...
