"Was a quality room and the parking was easy and very convenient, just a disappointing bed"

Location was good , clean and well furnished, good size, We’ve put a picture on where we are stood on Clifford’s tower and the tall square building is the apartment, so very close to attractions

Whilst the mattress was ok The bed was small, my husband is just shy of 6ft and his feet were off the end, and some soundproof on the window as at night when raining the water pouring off the back of the building seems to fall outside the room, very loud.

Fantastic place to stay in the centre of York! Short walk to Shambles. Lovely building, beautiful room and parking is a bonus! Decor is done well throughout. Everything you need for a comfortable stay whilst there, is provided.

Would prefer better quality/sized bath towels.

Fantastic location only 5 minutes walk away from the city centre,with secure gated parking which is a big bonus. Spotless and comfortable,would definitely recommend and book again. Despite some reviews saying the bed was uncomfortable which i suppose is down to personal preference,I found it to be comfy. Had a great stay thank you.

Would have been nice to have instructions on how to use the oven and microwave combo.

"Lovely apartment for couples visiting York."

The property is very nice studio apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is clean, and well decorated and furnished. It is within easy walking distance of the centre of York for bars, restaurants, and historical sites. My only small gripe would be that the mattress/pillows were quite firm but that is personal preference.

Location, condition/cleanliness, parking included.

"Pleasant"

Great location & on site parking. Lovely bedsit & quiet area

Far too hot in room with only 1 small opening window & fan. Bed really uncomfortable. If had realised was actually pull down type would not have booked.
