"The apartment could be amazing it just lacks finishing touches and requires good regular maintenance."

Very modern property

Poor maintenance of the property. Bad drain smell on arrival shower drain was blocked. Bathroom door in en-suite didn’t close door frame was warped from moisture. No mugs for drinks only very small cups. Curtains didn’t close properly curtains not wide enough for windows. No end on curtain track therefore curtain fell off when tried to draw them. No safety deposit box in apartment.
