the location is perfect 🤩

all the beds very uncomfortable and ready for collapsing. pillow’s unbelievable flat and old, the bungalow hadn’t been cleaned on arrival, cobwebs dead cockroaches in cupboards, toilets stunk of urine. we had to go the supermarket for cleaning products and clean the bungalow. upstairs Patio door wouldn’t lock very unsafe.we had to take are valuables everywhere we went. spoke to the owner about the security issue and nothing was done. building work was ongoing during are 14 day holiday, building a new wall, the old perimeter wall/fence had been taking down and replaced with a heris fence. anyone could of jump the unsecured fence and could of easily gained access to our bungalow. we would love to return next year. but the bungalow needs a massive revamp. bathroom all need a good cleaning and repairs. location and views are amazing

The location was excellent There was good fridge

We telephoned the agent from the airport as previously arranged He had been informed that we would be at the Bungalow around 3pm. He told us the cleaners were in and we could not leave our luggage until they had finished but he would be at the property as soon as possible. He arrived well after the 4pm time with no apology. It was clear on entry that no cleaners had been there. There was no sign attention paid to cleanliness or hygiene. We had to clean the kitchen cupboards, microwave and oven before using them. We also had to remove the dust from the wardrobes and very grotty drawers before putting our clothes away. There was not enough cutlery, glassware or cups. The kitchen knives were all broken and the toaster did not work. The property had 3 bedrooms and several 'put you up' beds. There were only 3 sunbeds for the property. One was filthy and broken and the other two, we were proudly told, were new. They just had hard slats. There were no mattresses for them. When queried the amount we were told 'one for each bedroom' ! The two single beds were not fit for purpose and were about ready to collapse. The single beds had new mattresses but the main bedroom's mattress had springs sticking out of it so we had to change the mattresses over and not use the single beds. The upstairs bed's mattress was also new. Not one piece of bedlinen matched the other and there were no liners between the mattress, pillows and bedlinen. The ensuite and main bathrooms were very tired and need replacing. The grouting around the shower trays was filthy and had come away from the walls. The shower room upstairs was miniscule and could not be used. The lounge furniture had definitely seen better There was security notice regarding locking up securely and when the agent was told that the patio door in the lounge did not lock he was completely indifferent saying there was lock on the shutters.

The location of the property was perfect with amazing views. Central for everything such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, beach etc… The communal pool is also very nice and chilled as it mainly all older residents that use the pool.

The property definitely deserves some love as many of the showers were not working properly. Just needs a general cleaning and maintenance to bring it back to standards.

Beautiful location with an outlook onto the marina. Easy walk into Las Americas or Fanabe Had resturants, shops etc within a 2 minute walk. Nice pool and snack bar

The bungalow needs updating. Beds are extremely uncomfortable all have springs poking out through the mattress. Tiles In all bathrooms need re grouting
