Spacious Penthouse Palmeras Ocean View 300 m to the Beach

Great apartment for a weekend away, ideal location, everything we needed for it to be comfortable

No direct sunshine

The apartment was very clean, the balcony is massive with an absolutely amazing view you will never forget. It gets the sun first thing in the morning for a long period of the day. 5 of us stayed, with plenty of room as the apartment is big. Close to all shops and loads of food places as you step outside. Everyone we met on the complex who lived there was very very helpful and polite.

No air con so apartment was very hot all night, 1 big fan in living room but wasn't enough when it got very hot. Very noisy from traffic Few small things could do with fixing in the apartment but it didn't affect our stay at all.

L'emplacement proche de la plage et autres commerces, le parking privé pour garer la voiture car à l'extérieur, c'est très compliqué de trouver une place, la taille de l'appartement, spacieux avec une grande terrasse. Il a été aussi pratique d avoir une machine à laver le linge et des serviettes de plage à disposition en plus des serviettes de toilette

La propreté n était pas au rdv, dans 2 chambres il n y avait pas de volets et on entend beaucoup le bruit de la rue (circulation). Côté équipement, un four mais pas de plat pour cuire des aliments et un grille pain hors service (il fait disjoncter le compteur électrique). Cet appartement aurait besoin d'une petite rénovation mais on a ce qu'on a pour le prix.

Not comfortable beds. Good option will be invested on new mattress and furniture
