Malibu Park 2116 - Ocean View

El trato recibido por Luciana fue fantástico, superó con crecer cualquier recibimiento quepueda tener un turista al viajar por primera vez a algún lugar. Me gustaría que le felicitaran directamente para saber que gracias a su atención, si vuevlo a Tenerife valoraré muy seriamente repetir el alojamiento porque le dió el plus que necesita para quere repetir la experiencia.

La zone es muy turística, en mi caso no hubo problema porque era temporada baja y mientras no haya demasiado bullicio, a mi no me importa, pero puedo entender que haya gente que no le pueda apetecer estar en una zona demasiado turística.

Although cleanliness was first class, the appartment lacked some basic utensils such as an oven ?.

Complex itself was great although there seemed to be a problem with others reserving sunbeds and not showing up for hrs leaving others no option but to make other plans. This is not something we had a problem with the year before. Staff great and very helpful

Appreciate the complex seems to be going through some updates to apartments etc, but patio area with sunbeds like a builders shed, at first sight the apartment looked great until we opened dishwasher to mouldy smelly pots what looked like had been there a good while. Sofa bed not the cleanest. Its a shame basic cleanliness was poor as we quite like the place

Appartement bien rénové, lumineux, air conditionné et parking en face plus super marché et restaurant juste en bas de l’immeuble.

Le sol très sale. Je laisse cette information au gèrent pour qu’il améliore le service de propreté

From checking in to being taken to the room was a breeze the staff are very welcoming the room was lovely a great location Would definitely stay there again this was my third time at this complex all 3 rooms were different but all amazing 👍

Complexe bien situé, en face de l'Aqualand Le soir il est facile de trouver une place de parking, l'après midi un peu moins. Lit confortable, nous n'avons pas vraiment utilisé la cuisine qui était correct/ basique. Piscine est très sympa, et il y a un bar.

Dommage que le divan lit n'était pas fait lors de notre arrivée. Rideaux du salon déchiré.
