Malibu Park 2116 - Ocean View

Location is good, just beside Aqualand. It's quiet in comparison to 1st and 2nd hotels line. It takes around 20 min to walk to the beach. Has heated pool and shops, cafe, restaurants on ground floor. Apartment is clean and tidy and well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. So highly recommend.

Building is huge and it takes a bit of walk to get to a pool or reception but, on other hand, there is a different entrance which brings you down to shops and you do not need to walk around.

The apartment was lovely and modern, lovely balcony with sun all day. We had a bottle of bubbles on Christmas day + new years eve, which was a nice surprise. Great location. Really enjoyed.😁

We loved everything about this holiday, no complaints. Just a suggestion it would be good if there were some cleaning products left in room, sweeping brush, tea towel extra bin bag ect

Lovely modern apartment - 10/15mins stroll downhill into town and restaurants/bars

The apartment was spotlessly clean very comfortable bed and modern fixtures. We didn’t cook in the apartment however it had all of the equipment necessary. The gates in and out of the apartment block were great as you need a card to get in and out so felt very safe and secure. The view from the apartment was lovely and the double storey balcony was nice. The staff at malibu park were always very friendly, the pool area was quiet and again spotlessly clean. It’s a lovely quiet apartment block with not just people on holiday but residents too. A birthday cake was delivered to our apartment on my birthday which was a lovely and unexpected surprise! Curtesy rooms were spacious and did the job well. No complaints whatsoever we had a great time! Thank you

Location was slightly further out than we normally stay and due to myself being unable to walk long distances we relied on taxis - but this has nothing to do with Malibu park, just be aware it’s a bit of a walk to the beach and Adeje. Would still stay here again!

Extremly nice and professional receptionist Adriana. Comfortable apartament with good aircon and wi-fi. Coffee maker in room. Good quiet location, with easy access to public transport an 15min walk to the beach. Shops and restaurants, grocery just next to hotel. Clean, nice swimming pool.
