Mareverde apartment with pools and bar - Fanabe beach

Great apartment, great location lilla wa a excellent host very helpful. Lovely balcony with sun all day. Close to all beaches , bats & restaurants. The apartment had all we needed

La struttura offre tutti i confort. Nell’appartamento erano presenti giochi per la spiaggia, teli per la spiaggia. Per chi viaggia con bambini è l’ideale! Crema solare e tanto altro. Posizione strategica per visitare. Ci sono numerosi supermercati nelle vicinanze. Tutto perfetto!

La piscina non è riscaldata in inverno nonostante su Booking fosse scritto di sì . Ma non importa perché il mare di Tenerife è stupendo e non serve la piscina! Nelle ore calde della giornata è fattibile fare il bagno anche in piscina di inverno.

Nice helpful host Room looks modern however its too hot, uncomfortable and needs fumigating

Sofa bed is not possible to sleep on. Ants all over the apartment The main ceiling fan is not working Large floor fan not working Run down dirty complex grounds with mostly crumbling floor / stairs tiles. Numerous cockroaches found in the apartment and many around the complex. The complex has alot of shaddy characters who live there. I've been to Tenerife 6 times and never had an experience even close to this. Stray cats all over the complex The apartment is in the very far back corner and its quite a walk through. There is waste land near the back gate with homeless living in cars. On the surface this apartment looked really nice. Our host was very nice and helpful. We didn't raise these issues at the time as what could they of done. If it was a hotel I would have asked to be moved immediately. However, by renting an apartment, it didn't seem like there was another option available . Safe to say we spent 5 nights away from the complex and only slept there.

I like everything, the apartment was perfect, everything that you need. The terrace was lovely! Localisation 10 min walk to the beach, etc

I think you should consider changing 'sofa bed' it's not possible to sleep on because you just feel all those wood pieces. I would like to back next year, so it will be great to hear that we all can sleep comfortable.
