3 bedroom penthouse

The communication was excellent leading up to the stay, during the stay and even after. (Very understanding)The property was immaculately clean, fantastic bathrooms, plenty of space, and beautifully kept, we were comfortable, happy and had the best holiday with my son and daughter, nephew and niece. Ages 19, 17, 17 and 15. We were all extremely happy, comfortable and were not at all struggling for space. The property is perfectly placed very close to the shops and beach.. we have been returning to Coodey over the last 20 years and this is the best property we have stayed at. Didn’t want the holiday to end. Would definitely like to return again. Thank you for an excellent holiday

This was our second stay in this property and it had been updated a bit since last September with new curtains and furniture. The beds are comfy and the balcony is fantastic. Swimming pool was quiet even in July.

The guys whats app and arranged to meet group of 3 and took us directly to and from apartment and airport. Were so organised. Had water and milk in the fridge, perhaps offer a basket of essentials like orange juice, butter, bread, would be happy to pay extra for the service

Pillows could have been firmer, but overall has everything you needed in the kitchen except better bottle opener micro, coffee machine, washing machine, clothes horse and pegs, iron board and hairdryer. Could access netflicks and watch tv if you wanted. seating very comfortable. 5th floor but had lift. Could do with new front door as could seen sun through in parts.

My wife and I went back to this apartment for our second year running and have booked again for next year. The apartment has approximately 50 ft of balcony with an L shaped settee, a 2 seater settee with 2 chairs, a table with 6 chairs and 2 sun loungers. You get the sun there all day long but there is a sun canopy that covers half of it so you can get some shade. There is 2 large double bedrooms and a third bedroom with 1 double and 1 single bed. The lounge diner area is large with table & chairs, settee, 2 arm chairs & coffee table. Kitchen is adequate for cooking a meal with a washing machine & fridge freezer. We went away just to get sunshine over the winter, there are some lovely walks with plenty of shops and restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Super markets are again within a short walk. The apartment is clean and tidy. I am so glad I found this apartment and intend to go back many times in the future. Peter & Marilyn

Fab massive balcony,2 lovely bathrooms, lots of space,great location.

Balcony Really in need of a deep clean, apartment a bit dated looking, Bed sheets poor quality and wouldn't stay on the bed- sprung off the edges as soon as you moved in the bed. We had one small bath towel and a hand towel per person for an 8 night stay so had to buy washing powder, had to buy bin liners and loo rolls as well - just small touches that should have been included that can make a big difference.

The whole apartment was spacious, especially the balcony.

Location great for all bars restaurants and beach in Adeje. A great base to explore the area. Huge sunny balcony. Modern bathrooms and comfortable beds. From booking to arrival owner and management team answered all questions and gave good instructions about apartment. We opted for their pick up service for Airport taxi and property manager Nikki was very welcoming. Was good price for journey and allowed a smooth check in on arrival. Fans in bedrooms very good as was warm at night. Very clean and tidy property. Complex was spotless too and we used the pool a few times to cool off.

Outdoor furniture could do with an update as bit dated and not very comfortable.

The location was good. Access available for mobility scooter. Very good balcony. Good showers.

Apartment was tired and needs updating. Poor towels and bedding. Need air conditioning (fans are not adequate). We arrived on Friday night and by Saturday morning we found that the Wi-Fi and television did not work. The toaster was broken. When we phoned to let the agent know the problems we were told that they did not work weekends and they would send somebody on Monday. The Wi-Fi and television were fixed on Monday but a replacement toaster came on Tuesday. Not the best start for a holiday loosing half a week before everything is operational.
