Great property and very clean and stylish , great customer service too

The accommodation sent me e-mail where was written, that they will meet me near the main entrance and I should let them know when I leave the airport. Check-in time is from 15:00. When I arrived, no-one answered the phone. I called approx. ten times and around 15:30 I met by chance the cleaners, who let me in. I was called back the next day and I found out that the dishwasher and balcony railing were broken and that the repairman wants to come. What a great vacation activity - dealing with the repairmen!

Spacious, nice balcony, great pool and well equipped. Shops nearby. Appreciated help with bags to the apartment as lots of steps.

Was ok to pay €300 deposit in cash on arrival but was disappointing not to have option to receive back in cash at the end. I did ask but was told not possible - this meant I lost around £20 when sent through bank transfer due to exchange rates which is annoying and seems unnecessary. The apartment is up a steep hill and then lots of steps - fine for us but maybe not for all.

Lovely apartment! I definitely recommend it.

300 euros deposit must be paid cash and will be returned via bank transfer, don't understand why.

Secure deposit was collected by cash, but when it was returned after checking out, we needed to pay high transection fee.
