بصراحة تجربة كثير ممتازة. الشقق الفندقية نظيفة ومرتبة ومريحة، وكل شي متوفر وما في أي تقصير. الموظفين قمة بالأخلاق والتعامل، متعاونين وبخدموك من القلب. والحراس محترمين وملتزمين بتعاملهم وتنظيمهم. أنصح فيها وبقوة، وإن شاء الله كل زياره للأردن الاقامه بتكون هوون

تم تمديد فترة الفندق بسبب القيام بعملية جراحية في مستشفى رويال يبعد عن الفندق 5 دقايق في السيارة والصراحة الفندق اكثر من رائع يحافظ على نزيل ويراعيه بجميع احتياجاته ممتاز وانصح فيه بشده طلبت تغيير مخدات السرير وفي الحال تم تزويدي بمخدات جديدة تم تنبيههم على ضعف ضخ الماي وفي نفس اللحظة تم اصلاح الدوش ويعمل بشكل رائع تم ارسال صحن فواكه هدية من ادارة الفندق دلة قهوة عربية وتمر ضيافة من مدير الفندق تم برمجة القنوات الفضائية المجانية وذات الاشتراك في التلفزيون للحصول على خدمات افضل الاهتمام بالنظافة بشكل كبير كل الشكر والتقدير لكل من السيد المدير العام/ أنس أبو شيخة والسيد مدير خدمات التدبير المنزلي / محمود الدولاني والسيد موظف قسم الاستقبال/ ثائر الناطور

الشقة عبارة عن صالة كبيرة وبلكونة كبيرة جدا جميلة للجلوس في هذه الاجواء الباردة مطبخ مجهز بشكل جيد شاي قهوة اعشاب طبيعية حمامين واحد ماستر والاخر مجهز بغسالة ملابس للإقامة الطويلة او عائلة مع اطفال مواقف سيارات فئ السرداب المكان مراقب بالكاميرات مع سيكيورتي حفاظا على الأمن وممتلكات النزلاء انترنت جيد السرعة انصح به شكراً على التجربة الرائعة

مخدات النوم مستهلكة للغاية بحاجة لتغيير ضخ الماء الساخن ضعيف جداً لا يساعد على الاستحمام ينقص المطبخ توستر للفطور

إقامتي في الفندق كانت أكثر من رائعة. طاقم العمل خدومين بشكل ما توقّعته، متعاونين ومبتسمين طول الوقت. الخدمة ممتازة، والاهتمام بالتفاصيل واضح. تجربة تستاهل التكرار وبقوّة. أنصح فيه وبشدّة.
