As added value property is inside the historical pedestrian area of Aosta , but at the same time located behind a calm backyard and protected from typical downtown crowded streets, music from pubs and drinking chatting noises.

Pedestrian area does not allow cars and no parking propriety available by the owner. But in a main public plaza, 100mtrs aways available parking lots in a quantity. Free of charge from 6pm to 8am . From there, truly it s only 100mtrs walking to reach the property.

Perfect location. 10 out of 10 on this point. Francesca is a good and takecaring host. Appartment was perfectly clean.

The second bed was very low quality, less than a sofa. Very hard to sleep well. There was no real separation between the places of the small appartment. And unfortunately, big downside, there was no wifi.
