1. Die Lage ist hervorragend, 2. das Apartment bietet ausreichend Platz für 3 Erwachsene. 3. sehr sauber 4. gute Betten. 5. die Ausstattung ist für 3 Personen ausreichend.

1. Die Räume waren bei der Ankunft komplett verräuchert. 2. Der Vermieter war nicht erreichbar und hat nicht zurückgerufen. 3. Einige Möbel sind sehr stark abgenutzt z.B. das Bett in EG und das Sofa im EG andere sind instabil (z.B. der Esstisch). 4. Das zweite Zimmer befindet sich im Keller und der Lichtschalter lässt sich nur aus dem EG betätigen. 5. sehr hellhörig wenn die Nachbarräume vermietet sind.

Wir waren mit der gebuchten Wohnung absolut nicht einverstanden. Aber der Vermieter war sehr entgegenkommend und hat uns eine Alternative angeboten. Diese war trotz des fehlenden 2. Badezimmers dann angenehm. Die riesengroße Veranda entschädigt uns für den ersten Schreck.

Die gebuchte Wohnung hat keine Fenster, die man öffnen kann. Lediglich das Küchenfenster war zum Öffnen. Ein Schlafzimmer ist im Keller , leider ohne Fenster

A very nice, cosy apartment. We found it very comfortable and clean. The location is great, in the center, not far from the promenade. The electric fireplace was a highlight in the basement room. Nice that we had basic things like coffee, tee and sugar available as well as some drinks in the fridge.

The equipment in the kitchen could be updated a little bit. A curtain in the shower is also missing - you cannot stop the water from splashing out :( We would recommend the installation of a TV in the basement room. The bed in the upper room could also be changed - the headboard and the frames are rather worn out!

The basement room has light switches upstairs. The toilet room has a very low angled ceiling. There's no parking.

1. Basement bedroom is windowless, dark and claustrophobic . 2. This bedroom has lights that can only be operated from the floor above. 3 stairs steep - not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. 4. Sink in toilet has only cold water and no plug- where can one have a wet shave? — in the kitchen sink; no thanks. 5. toilet seat insecure. 6 no shower curtain; difficult to keep towels/clothes dry. 7 no bread knife or breadboard 8. most lights are too dim Many of the fixable problems date back over a year, per other reviews.
