Los Cristianos Best Beach View

Location is in a good spot, just in front of Vista beach, nearby Los Cristianos and Las Americas

When we arrived at the apartment it turned out not to be as nice as in the photos. The maintenance was not in such a good condition. Cracks in the laminate flooring, wall covering tiles behind the kitchen were loose and almost coming off the wall. Cabinets that fell apart when you opened them. Outside the blinds were torn. Lighting and LED trips that only worked halfway and we also noticed dangerous situations regarding the electricity, there really was no professional working here. Even more things where it was clear that they were old photos and/or shot from the right angle. Later we were confronted with cockroaches. After checking and cleaning myself, it turned out that there were a lot of cockroach droppings on top of the kitchen cupboards, which normally means that a nest is present. We also cleaned these, but every evening the cockroaches were in the kitchen and on the counter. We contacted the host Fedrica, but she was abroad and had no reception on her phone. Finally she responded and we just had to accept this. She has come up with all kinds of reasons for this. She did send the cleaning lady during our absence, but she didn't bother to apply pest control. Finally, after a week we decided to look for another apartment at our own expense and found this via booking.com. We haven't seen a cockroach here all week. When we went to return the key on the penultimate day of our stay in Tenerife, the cleaning lady who also received us when we arrived and who only spoke Spanish, almost cried, apologized 20 times for the inconvenience. They also said they were often not given enough time to clean. Why do we have to pay extra for cleaning?

Generally nice apartment. Perfect locality, really close to the beach. Beautiful sea view. Big terrace. A lot of restaurants/bars nearby. Supermarkets nearby. Great communication with the host. There was a bottle of water in the fridge when we arrived.

Poor maintenance of the apartment - old/missing/damaged/dirty equipment. Scratched teflon pans (and therefore useless if you don't want to get cancer), no bowls in the kitchen, most dishes and kitchen drawers were dirty (there were some small black dirt everywhere, maybe dead bugs or what), damaged peeler and knives, vacuum cleaner with damaged power cord (which is dangerous), torn awning and crooked desk at the terrace, dirty shower shelves...There were also a lot of some small insects everywhere. It is shame because otherwise the apartment would be perfect!

This apartment was fantastic! from the very start including throughout our stay contact with the owner frederica was amazing, arriving at the apartment it exceeding my expectations, true to the pictures if not better. there is nothing you need as this place has it all. beautiful and modern fitting and the most amazing view. The modern kitchen was great it has every appliance you could possibly need, the bedroom was perfect with beautiful fitted wardrobes with plenty of hangers, but i have to say the selling point to this apartment was the balcony overlooking the beach, unbelievable. i can not wait to go back. thank you

The property looks recently refurbished and is very clean and modern. The lady that met us was waiting for us at the property as soon as we arrived and was very welcoming. The communication before our arrival was great too. We were also left with some bottled water in the fridge and the apartment has everything you could possibly need. The terrace is huge with great views over the beach and sea. The location is excellent - just across the road from Las Vistas Beach with a Spar supermarket very close by too.

There was a bar nearby which you could hear some noise from until the early hours, nothing too bad though and we knew that before we booked. There was also a small issue with the electrics while we were there but it was resolved very very quickly and we really appreciated that - the communication was excellent, thank you!

Not apartment fault but noise from nearby bar was initially quite disturbing in the night.

the weather wasn't great for us this time, but the apartment is lovely and so close to the beach. This was our 2nd time at this apartment and we shall be coming back again. Owners are great

There is no air condition in the living room, only in the bedroom. The host is not very polite, she is interesting only for the money.
