Lovely 1-bedroom apartment with a big terrace, Las Americas, Tenerife

Potessi dare più stelle lo farei!!!! Il proprietario gentilissimo e sempre pronto a risolvere i problemi....Appartamento dotato di tutto, comodo e vicino ad ogni servizio. Nonostante si trovi in posizione molto centrale ha la camera che si affaccia sul cortile quindi dormi bene e non senti rumori o schiamazzi notturni. Fantastica la piscina, il bar interno, i residenti il clima, il mare...insomma tutto ...è la 5' volta che vengo e mai mi stancherò di farlo!!!! Grazie mille Alex..... Apresto Monica

Beaucoup beaucoup beaucoup trop de messages pour expliquer le fonctionnement de l'appartement, un PDF serait plus adapté et surement lu avec plus d'attention que la centaine de messages sur Whatsapp...

we only stayed for one night but it was ideal for our family, the host Alex was very helpful with all the information we needed even the bus timetable to get there.

The apartment was amazing its got everything you need for a sc holiday.The apartment was spotless on our arrival.The hosts was so friendly made us very welcome i would book this apartment again 100% thank you Alex and husband for an amazing stay.

The location is good and the apartment is quite modern. Secured parking space is a plus. Easy to access as it's at the 1st floor and there's an elevator. Close to sea promenade.

Not clean. Especially the sofa bed was awfully dirty - for sure it was not cleaned before our arrival. The sofa bed mattress cover (used for sleeping only) looked like it was not washed for ages. When we arrived we needed to vacuum the sofa bed and wash its mattress cover. There was a problem with agreeing the time of handing over keys, mostly probably because the owner doesn't speaks English and this causes communication gap. Finally the keys were waiting on us.
