Всё понравилось! Было чисто, Всё что нужно для комфортного проживания и отпуска семьи из 4 человек. расположение удобное, пляж ,магазины Всё рядом.

Кровати, старые на колёсиках, скрипят очень сильно, Думаю их давно пора заменить. разъезжаются, жёсткие матрасы ,подушки неудобные ) .Больше никаких минусов нет , недвижимость не новая но нас всё устроило,муравьи маленькие бегают но с этим видимо трудно бороться.

Nice apartment, very close to the beach ⛱️ and city. Quite area with private swimming pool. Highly recommend 👌, definitely we will be back in this place again

Property is perfectly located, close to the beach and golden mile and a 5 minute walk to los cristianos. Clean and everything we needed for a self catering.

Aircon is only in the main living area not the bedrooms, insufficient towels (there was 4 of us). The shower wasn’t great due to it not being fixed to the wall had to position it in the storage basket.

Perfect location, very good and friendly communication, close to the ocean, shops, restaurants etc. Recommend for visiting!

Perfect location, size and just all round amazing

Great location, beach, shop, cafe all nearby. The apartment had everything you needed. I would definitely come back here again.

Good location and fully equipped apartment. Owners really nice to deal with. Swimming pool was a good size, free sun beds and water temperature was just right.

Could do with either fans or air conditioning in the bedrooms, as we had to hire these in due to the heat. Quite a few stairs up to it and no lift so if you have a pram or infirm it’s not easy. Better instructions to find it as we struggled to locate it the 1st night. Extra set of keys required as you need 2 keys to get to the swimming pool.

Everything, area was brilliant right next to supermarket and all restaurants and bars. Beach 5mins walk and can see the sea from the balcony. Apartment was super, its clean fully equipped and spacious. Couldn't recommend it enough and the host was so easy to deal with. We got to hold the apartment for a late checkout. It was a fantastic holiday and will definitely stay here again.

Only complaint and really its nothing big but a second set of keys would be a good idea as there is a gate to the pool and to each block of apartments and if you want to go to shops but others want pool it's awkward.
