Newly renovated Vistas Muelle de Los Cristianos Pier view FREE WIFI

Good location, one block back from the seafront, but with good views to the harbour area, and at the quieter end of Los Cristianos promenade. Handy for early morning walks/jogging. The pool is large and only has a few bathers at any one time. Elevators to 4th floor are useful if you don't fancy the 68-step staircase. The washing machine was a particular plus and meant we could travel light.

The apartment leaked after a heavy rain and a puddle formed on the floor under the sofa. At this point the sofa began to smell terribly so this was clearly not the first time this happened.

Keys left in a locked box on the external gate. As our flight was delayed, we didnt need to stress over being late if we were meeting a person to collect the keys. Location of the apartment was excellent.

Instructions on how to access the gate using the keys was poor. I had previously stayed at this location so I was familiar with the fob entry system. If you hadnt been here before you would struggle to understand the fob entry system as the panel is hidden away from the main gate. Arrived and there was no water turned on. Fridge was off. Hot water was off. Had to reconnect these items ourselves. After a delayed flight all I wanted was a shower.... Apartment was fiflthy. Had to scrub it. Every kitchen utensil was dirty or broken. Had a major issue of bugs for first two weeks due to mouldy food being hidden under the kitchen bin door attachment. Cleaners just wipe over things. It needs a good deep clean. It was a lot cleaner when we left than when we arrived.... Beds were uncomfortable. Had to buy a mattress protector and new sheets. Pillows were alwful. Had to purchase my own.... I left two of them at the apartment.... Enjoy..... They are the turquoise ones. Towels were a dirty mustard colour. I boil washed them and they were also available in yellow. Blankets in apartment had stains and crusty patches.... Had to wash them too. TV only had 4 UK channels.... Needs a smart TV. Only one mirror in the bathroom. I'm short and couldnt get up close to the mirror as the sink unit was so big. You need to be 6ft plus.... Safe doesnt work.... The entire place needs updating. New kitchen utensils. New beds. Smart TV..... Good clean.... If I could have gotten my £3k back, I'd have gladly moved to another apartment. Such a shame as the location is excellent.

Pier view, lovely balcony, complex very quiet and clean, common areas pool etc well maintained.

Clean, comfortable, quality beds,settee,shower and washing machine. Location great as no big hill to climb and close to restaurants, beaches and supermarket.

Would have liked the opportunity to see more English channels on TV. As a solo traveler the TV is my friend/ entertainment. ITV Channel 3 would be good for me or maybe Netflix or now to

Great location, good sized apartment. Wonderful view. Sun hits balcony approx 16.30 until it goes down, which is lovely for evening drinks.(We were there end April). Everything you'd need in the kitchen for a self catering holiday. Brilliant power shower. Lovely sunny pool area with plenty sunbeds Would absolutely stay here again

A second mirror would be handy

The apt. Was really nice and clean. The location was very close to the beach. It had a nice pool area and gated, so it was quite safe. There were local bars and restaurants close by and a supermarket. The area is very quiet and close to other resorts.. The apt is situated on the first floor and shaded, so it keeps cool in the heat of the day, which is an advantage.
