The location is excellent. The room was a good size with good cupboard space. Temperature of the room was generally good. The refridgerator was a decent size.

The view from the window is to the side of another building, so no mountain or lake view. The picture of the building does not show the newly constructed building next door that now blocks any view. We stayed for four nights, but only 1 1/2 toilet rolls were provided for two guests, so we had to bring our own. No toiletries are provided, except for a hand soap by the bathroom sink. The pillows are really soft, and while there were more in the cupboard, there were no pillow cases so they couldn't be used. The description states that there is a washing machine and microwave in the apartment. The instructions leaflet mentions a dishwasher. None of these things are in the apartment. The TV remote control had old batteries in it, so we had to ask for these to be changed, and then the login needed to be reset. This was after it was implied that we didn't know how to work it! The coffee machine did not work with the capsules left in the cupboard. Again, it was implied that this was our fault. We realise that this is a holiday rental and not a hotel, but on leaving we were instructed to strip the bed and take out the trash. Why can't the host do these basic things?

Location is perfect for skiing and going out. Price is good.
