まず清潔でした。 調度品も良く、食器類等、細やかな気遣いを感じました。 立地も良く、またいつか利用したく思ってます。 ありがとうございました。

強いていえば駐車場でした。

スタッフの方がすごく丁寧で、配慮が良かった。

ペットと泊まれる部屋で、設備は整っていたが 床が滑るようでそこは改善が必要かもと感じた。

I liked that it was easy to check in, and the rooms were fully self-contained. I stopped there on the way back to Osaka from driving around Shikoku, and it was perfect for a last stop over and relax..

Room 201 was very nice. Good view. Had everything we needed and was comfortable. We stayed for 3 nights.

Our neighbors in 202 were very rude and allowed their children to play until 1:00am. We heard everything and were very annoyed as we were woken up and did not get much sleep. This went on for two nights until they left. The new neighbors on the third night were much better. Even though all of the quiet rules are posted, your neighbors will be the determining factor if you sleep or not.

Cleanliness

The Check-In tablet stopped working in the middle of checking in and was unusable the whole stay. But contact with agent was always clear and they were able to let us check in and out through messenger

The rock wall is genius, my children couldn't stop climbing it. The beds were super comfortable and it was a cosy space
