Das Appartement war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich, gute Ausgangslage für Fahrten nach Syrakus und Noto. Nahe Lage zum Strand.

The villa is a brand new, close to the beach, there are restaurants nearby, the street is (relatively) silent over night, the owner provided plenty of recommendations for restaurants, shops, etc. The room hase a nice terrace, plenty of parking in front of villa.

The respective apartment / room was at top floor, the room is small, the sloping roof makes any move in the room difficult - in almost half of the room you need be either reasonably inclined or even kneeling. There is a basic equipment - fridge, microwave, coffee machine, but just 2 cups, 2 plates, no possibility to make tea, wash basic dishes. Assume it is in principle expected the renters will spend whole day out. The surroundings are generally sloppy - nice villas but plenty of garbage everywhere, thistly sites.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour dans la villa Solemar. Je n’ai jamais vu un logement aussi propre. Bien situé, tout près de la mer. La terrasse est magnifique et très agréable pour y passer les fins de soirée.

La connection wifi n’était pas super, mais c’est comme ça en Sicile.

This place are absolutely amazing is modern super clean and you have everything you need inside while you stay,location is super you have a beueitiful beach 5 min walk away and great restaurants, but the most of it Francesco and Paula is amazing hosts they make sure we felt like home,they met us on the street when we was trying to find a shop on Sunday and they took us to supermarket as we didn't have a car also they offered to take as to the bus station when we was going home. If I ever go back to Sicily I will definitely stay here again the place is 10 out of 10 and the hosts are 100 out 100.Thank you Francesco and Paula, we wishing you all the best and hope one day we will see you again :)xxx
