It was such a fairy place! Better than the photos shown here. The owners are so nice and very helpful😊 the swimming pool, the BBQ zone , the breakfast, everything was above our expectations😍

The place was clean, comfortable, rooms large and airy. Beds comfortable. The kitchen is big and almost fully outfitted. Really loved the apartment, honestly. Location high up with great mountain views, note no lake view from here. Loved that it was quiet and away from city noise and vehicles etc. About a half hour drive to Brienz. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Pillows were kind of flat for us but I think that is how they are in Switzerland. Not enough space to hang towels to dry. No microwave but again maybe a Swiss thing and the kitchen had almost everything else. Not necessarily a dislike but note that if you are driving to the area that it is a narrow, windy road and you will have to be able to reverse to wide areas to allow for 2 vehicles to pass.

Het bijbehorende ontbijt was prima, niets overdrevens maar voldoende. Wel was het iedere ochtend hetzelfde, maar dat hoeft geen bezwaar te zijn. De locatie in de bergen was heel mooi, vooropgesteld dat je dan wel van wandelen moet houden anders heb je daar m.i. in de zomer niets te zoeken. Wat wij ook zeer waardeerde was de rust die daar heerste, je hoorde soms werkelijk niets. Geweldige locatie om volledig tot rust te komen.

De weg ernaar toe is niet eenvoudig. Het laatste stuk(je) is steil bergop op een -op sommige punten- smalle en zeer kronkelige bergweg. Het is m.i. dan ook niet geschikt voor onervaren automobilisten. Zeker niet omdat je ook tegenliggers krijgt, wel houdt iedereen die ook op deze weg zich bevindt goed rekening met elkaar.
