Tout, la position de la maison par rapport à la mer environ 400m, la propreté du logement et des équipements. Tout est pensé pour nous satisfaire : - serviette à dispo - shampooing/ gel douche - liquide vaisselle/ éponge - huile d'olive ( la meilleure que nous ayons goûtés) - condiments - machine à laver avec les produits - parasol pour la plage Etc De plus, Paulo est quelqu'un de discret mais toujours disponible pour nous.

Struttura in ottime condizioni e il signor Paolo molto accogliente, sempre disponibile, ma mai invadente. Piscina pulitissima e all'interno dell'appartamento c'era tutto il necessario. Possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto all'interno molto utile. Posizione comodissima per visitare Noto, Siracusa e ottime spiagge ad Avola raggiungibili a piedi. Consigliatissimo.

Super tolle Unterkunft, ruhig gelegen. Schöner Pool, nicht weit zum Meer (kostenlose Duschen am Meer vorhanden). Wir haben uns von der 1 Sekunde an wohl gefühlt. Waschmaschine konnte kostenlos genutzt werden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Am Strand gibt es ein paar Restaurants, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr zu empfehlen.

La grande terrasse à l'étage supérieur était très agréable, à tout moment de la journée (nous étions là en été) malgré la chaleur : l'ombre était agréable, la terrasse était ventée, et c'était très calme. Nous avons apprécié la cuisine en haut, au niveau de la terrasse. L'appartement est bien équipé, les lits confortables, la climatisation bien réglée. On rejoint une plage à 300m. Paolo prend soin de la résidence, et tout était très propre. La piscine (partagée) est parfaite, ombragée (bien en été!), au calme.

Le seul bémol peut-être était que Paolo ne parle pas anglais (il utilise un traducteur, très efficace mais un peu moins aisé : cela réduit un peu la teneur des échanges), mais il a répondu à toutes nos questions, a été parfaitement aidant et disponible, par message ou de vive voix.

Swimming pool was great very clean. Good shower. Well equipped roomy apartment and clean. Nice private garden/pool area, sun in back from 9am-6pm. Very friendly host, who kindly picked us up from the bus stop. Gave great local recommendations for car hire, taxis , etc. The pool was cleaned daily by robot and owners kept the area immaculately clean

Unfortunately, very Thin walls means you can hear everything in adjoining apartments, even down to the snoring. Every property around has electric gates and guard dogs. these will bark all the time , day and night.

We loved the pool and the big, bright rooms, as well as the fact we had two bathrooms between the four of us. Staff was very friendly and helpful, parking was right behind the house.

Kitchen was a bit small, but convenient enough for us, as we were eating & preparing most meals in the holiday apartment, which is probably unusual for travelers.

Exceptional property secluded yet 5 minutes from an excellent beach. Great views of the surrounding countryside from the spacious kitchen/ balcony area.

A clean and quiet apartment with a large roof terrace suited our needs. It was a short walk to the beach (shallow and great for kids) and it was also nice to hang out by the pool. It is shared with other guests. Lots of things to see within short driving distances.
