El entorno en donde está y la cercanía al pueblo Bakio

El personal le dado mala valoración, porque en realidad no hay.... Y no se puede valora😅 Entras y lo haces todo por video con un chico. Yo eso lo cambiaría está bien pero el tener trato con alguien personalmente sin medios tecnológicos a nosotros nos gusta más!

Estancia excelente. El personal es muy amable, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y se adapta perfectamente a cualquier imprevisto. El apartamento es amplio, muy limpio y está totalmente equipado. Además, está ubicado en un entorno tranquilo y precioso, pero muy cerca de puntos de interés. Totalmente recomendable.

Bonito lugar y entorno. Bonita decoración.

Demasiado ruido del piso de arriba. Al llegar no tenía toallas en mi habitación, pero la anfitriona me solucionó el problema. Baño con poca intimidad ya que la puerta no bloquea el ruido.

De royale en lichte ruimte en het vrije uitzicht

De bovenkasten van de keuken hingen te laag waardoor je gemakkelijk je hoofd kon stoten.

Nice and quiet neighbourhood. Clean and spacious room. Well-equipped kitchenette.

Thin walls - you can hear people talking and snoring in other rooms. Another problem: after exchanging emails with the stuff, we were allowed to check in at 2p.m., but there was nobody at the reception (never for 3 days) and we had to call their mobile. It took around 30minutes before they picked up the phone and let us in.

L' appartamento e' davvero molto bello, luminoso, pulito e funzionale, con tutto il necessario, immerso nel verde. Plus macchina per caffe' con cialde a disposizione. Il check in e' stato autonomo per cui non abbiamo visto nessuno ma ci hanno dato tutte le informazioni utili via messaggio. Perfetto per visitare Gaztelugatxe e la spiaggia di Bentalde.
