Cosy little studio, heating, wifi, equipment for longer stay, clean linen etc. It should just be better marked or more precise instructions on how to pick up the keys.

Unfortunately my room heavily smelled like cigarettes, even though it was a non smoking room and the host put labels in the room.

The apartment needs an overhaul since there are quite many things to repair and replace.

Room full of smoke smell, no fan, no wifi info, bed smells dirty and not comfortable.

Everything was clean, exceptionally quiet, and the flat is well stocked for short stays (lots of dishes,cutlery,even salt,oil,etc). Bed comfortable.Great location!

The building is quite old and run down, and the flat could also benefit from some renovation

Bed is super comfy, host is extra responsive, tram stops 5m away.

Building is a little sketchy...don't pay too much attention to the neighbors. Bring your own shower gel. The little packets aren't nearly enough.
