Розташування. Трошки менше 10-ти хвилин пішки до Хрещатику, комфортабельні меблі, цікавий дизайн, просторе приміщення, види з вікна.

Величенька мертва муха на підвіконні, відсутність ганчірки для підлоги(у зимовий період дуже знадобилася би, адже після мокрої вулиці біля виходу збирається досить багато вологого бруду) та дивна присутність гарячої води(іноді її треба досить довго чекати). Але загалом залишились позитивні враження від перебування. Наступного разу обов'язково будемо розглядати цей варіант :)

Затишна квартира з окремою спальнею (це було для нас важливо). На кухні є все потрібне приладдя.

Загалом все сподобалося. Ремонт не першої свіжості, але комфортно і чистенько.
