Excellent, modern, everything on board, especially for kids. The best apartment we went to after we had our child.

The apartment ist really beautiful and spacious with great views of the mountains. It is a quiet location with enough parking space. We had everything we needed and absolutely recommend staying here :)

Great place, modern and clean. The host, Hana, was super responsive and checked in on us as we were travelling during the floods that hit Slovenia recently. Hana was super accomadating with our checkout as we had a few activities rescheduled because of the Soca River closure due to the rain/flooding. Kitchen has everything you need, so we were able to make our own meals as needed. Super market is only a 5 minute drive away, so was easy to get stuff as needed. Lovely balconies with mountain views on both sides (though we didn't see much of the mountains the first 2 days due to the clouds/rain).

If you are looking for accommodation near the river Soca, I recommend staying here. The apartment is located about 5 minutes walk from the bridge, where there is a boat ride. If you want to take a ride, you can also wade in the river or sit with a beer. There are also two restaurants and a pizzeria nearby. It is also a good starting point for exploring the valley. The apartment is newly renovated and well equipped, we did not miss anything here. It is nice to sit on the large balcony with a view of the mountains 👍

We loved staying at Hana’s place in Čezsoča. It’s got all the amenities you need and Hana simply is a great host, very responsive and helpful. We especially loved the apartment’s location in Čezsoča (instead of more “busy” Bovec), as this made us feel even more in touch with nature and the locals. Plus: great adventures on river Soča can be booked just next door. We definitely recommend staying at this place and will come back next time we’re in Slovenia.

We fell in love with both apartments immediatelly. Everything is new, smells like new, and on top of that we discovered heated floors, absolutely perfect after a whole day of skiing. Also, there were some snacks included. :) Highly recommended.
