"Nice location but only mediocre service and technical problems"

central location of the appartment

heating didn't work properly, missing kitchen equipment (electric kettle), broken fireplace (smoke insulation on furnace door), incomplete provision of booked bed linen, dangerous outside staircase (no ice removal during the whole week)

Good location, lots of space, good value for money

No communication prior or during stay, queries re key pick up and storage of luggage on last day not answered (key location info sent through 11am morning of stay). TV in the room but no streaming facilities and no English TV channels.

location was absolutely perfect, on the main street and next to a great pub which does awesome irish coffees! apartment office downstairs gave us code to collect keys, apartment was warm
