Excellent location

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

The place itself is nice and comfy

When it rains heavily like it did, communicating by phone was not possible, there was nowhere to hide from the rain with the bags while trying to find check-in and door lock info on the phone. It was raining so heavily even the phone didn't operate. A little roof to stand under for 2-3 people near the lock would have made the experience much more enjoyable arriving after dark in the rain.

Good location and our contact, Akio was very helpful when we had problems with the heating and clothes dryer.

The layout was really awkward. The bedroom was so small that we could not keep our rollaboards in the room and had to store all other then hang up items in the living room on the other end of the apartment. The bed was uncomfortable. The entrance was in an alley behind the street address and would not have found if a passerby had not told us. It was a very ugly, unattractive entrance. We were notified that a welcome packet was going to be sent to our WhatsApp number and when I replied that we didn’t have an account and to send to our email,never heard anything further. Maybe we would have had info about the entrance if we had received that? The dryer did not work correctly. It would turn off every 4 minutes while the clothes still wet no matter what setting we used. We finally ended up taking a chair into the utility room and restarting over and over to get clothes reasonably dry. We had a 16 day trip staying at 5 apartments. This was by far our least favorite while being the most expensive.

Good communication from hosts. Central location. Bottle of wine and some nibbles on arrival.

Bedroom claustrophobic with double bunks crammed in. Would be better with a normal double or two singles. Cutlery not very clean and some dishes still in the dishwasher.

Really attentive staff, who let us drop our luggage off before check in which was nice. Also cosy and a great location.

Apartment above was a bit loud in the mornings.
