- Two small balconies: one perfect for a shaded breakfast, the other offering afternoon shade. – Two comfortable beds, which was very convenient with two children. – Free parking directly in front of the apartment. – location near a good restaurant and a supermarket. – While the beach was too far to reach on foot with children, it was only about a 5-minute drive. We received a parking card that allowed us to park for free right next to the beach – a big plus. – Very friendly and helpful staff. – Reliable WiFi connection. – Efficient air conditioning – much appreciated during hot days.

– The kitchen was under-equipped and lacked some basic utensils. – The distance to the beach might be inconvenient without a car, but thanks to the free parking card, it wasn’t an issue for us.

The owners were very friendly and accommodating, the apartment location and layout, plus the amazing views and sunsets! The kitchen was well equipped and the dining table large enough to accommodate a bigger group. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. We loved the location as it was close to supermarket and restaurants plus it provided parking for our two cars. It took us about 15 min to walk down to the beach and 20-30 min to walk back up the hill. We hope to return to beautiful Brela one day and this apartment will definitely be on our list.

The only thing we disliked was the lack of a shower curtain or screen and of a shower slide rail in the bathroom which made the showering experience a little awkward and the bathroom floor very wet.

you will get parking ticket from owner that let you park the car close to the beach. very comfortable new beds in apartment air conditioner works perfect.

Bathroom very small and no cover for shower, so when you take shower bathroom goes full of water. Location is on the hill - to reach nearest beach by walk you should go around 20 min by road without pedestrian way, when you go back up hill to the apartment ... it's take more then 20 min😅

Amazing apartment, very honest landlord. 2 rooms, 2 balkonies, 2 big very comfortable beds, super clean overall. Unbelievable view. Landlord provided with permit for parking close to the beach. We definitely would like to return next year.
