Great location of the building. Quiet street right around the corner from everything.

The bed was like a hammock. There was no way to sleep on it. I slept on the floor the entire time. The floor was marble, which sounds beautiful but it was extremely slippery if you took off your shoes and I fell twice. The water pressure was unpredictable and at times you had to wait a very long time for it to go up from a small dribble. The water heater was not working correctly. It did not go on by itself. Every time I wanted to take a shower I had to go and turn it on. It only has 2 radiators so it can be cold. There was a bad smell in the entrance. I think it was coming from a drain on the floor of the bathroom. It would have been nice if the drying rack were bigger. The light in the entrance was motion-sensitive but only went on for a moment, so you have to keep flapping your arms or use your phone to work the key. The worst part was sleeping on the floor. I had a colleague stay over one night and she decided the floor was much better too.

The stuff put me into another apartment, stating that the booked one had troubles. It was at the last moment. At least, they didn’t canceled my booking as well at the last moment. The apartment was fine but lacked some things, like normal bed sheets

The service was very rude each time they were communicating with me. I extended my stay a few times. They raised the price at some point, saying that it’s still a good price for me. Finally, I left personal thing there and they didn’t even let me know about it. Only after I called them, they admitted that there was something left.
