"Sauna on summer"

Central location

They should make small improvements. For example there is no curtain in shower. So all floor is getting wet and it is bad for wood floor. Same for kitchen , there is no dish holder. Water is going floor. There is electricity outages. So they should put a light with battery. ALSO need a powerbank for modem. There is a big glass window on living room and it make sauna effect. They should put dark sun curtains. It will reduce also electricity consumption for AC. They should put a lighter or match since oven can't burn when there is no electricity.
