La ubicación cerca de las montañas.

Al salir del apartamiento la dueña nos llamó diciendo de malas maneras que nos quería cobrar un suplemento por subir la calefacción, intentamos explicarle que ya hacia mucha calor a la llegada, que a ratos la hemos ido apagando y que cuando la volvías a conectar al no saber programarla salía X por defecto. Pese a no tener razón le comentamos que si era un problema que nos dijera que cantidad era ese suplemento, el cuál desconoce por completo diciendo que tiene que gestionar con booking. Miramos en la reserva y no se menciona dicho suplemento ni en servicios ni condiciones. Después de todo no nos deja hablar, nos falta el respeto de forma despota y vacilante y nos cuelga la llamada dejándonos con la palabra en la boca. En fin, una vergüenza el trato, una pena por que el apartamento está genial.

El trato con Belén y su colaboración en todo momento. El apartamento es pequeño pero lo suficientemente cómodo para unos días de rutas por Ordesa.

El colchón y la almohada eran demasiado blandos para nuestro gusto, pero esto no empaña su valoración.
