Clean and comfortable studio. Excellent location and free parking at the door. TOP coffee machine ;)

Lack of space to place and use the electric hob for cooking. And not a big deal, but as we like to sleep without light, it would be good if the curtains were darker so they don't let in so much light when it starts to dawn.
