Galina was responsive and friendly, and really took care of us. The apartment was quietly and efficiently cleaned while we were out during our 2 weeks there, allowing us to focus on not doing housework! The sofa was extremely comfortable, meaning that when we were in, we had somewhere cozy to relax and rest, so we had a real home away from home rather than somewhere to sleep. The apartment itself stayed cool in the heat and warm in the cold, with great air conditioning in both rooms.

Honestly this isn't anything the apartment has any control over, so I wouldn't hold it against them, but the building construction quality was very low. This meant a lot of noise leakage to and from surrounding apartments, and constant creaking noises from the rickety lift going up and down. There were also two automated air fresheners spraying on a cycle that were extremely noisy. This added up to a fair bit of interrupted sleep. The only other thing from the apartment itself that we didn't like was the presence of mini bar charges. We almost drank what was left out for us without realising it was charged, and while the prices were low, my wife pointed out that it just felt a little petty (especially given there's a small shop right downstairs). This is an extremely small quibble around what was otherwise an enjoyable stay, but did add a little sour note to our initial arrival when we realised.

Super clean, well decorated, comfortable, close to the center. We loved everything about it!

The pillows 😅 but honestly, you would have a hard time finding anything negative to say about the place.

clean newly renovated apartment in nice soft colours, 3rd floor with elevator, contactless check in/out, comfortable couch, comfortable terrace chairs, urban location 30 min walk to the Danube, convenient parking lot only for the building Tidy & very clean and a real plant in the room

the worst matress I have slept on in years - spring matress that barely holds the bodyweight and you could feel the wires pressing on your body together with the hardboard pressure I had to move and sleep on the couch which surprisingly was comfortable (what a joke!) This has been a huge disappointment - it is beyond believe that people buy cheap.low quality stuff of the main item of the service they are offering! no proper rack to dry clothes- basically a mini unstable dry rack to put on the balcony which fell with all my underware on it the hospitable flair was missing - no extra toilet paper roll but a left over from previous guests, no welcome bottle of watter but free wine - there was water and soft drinks and coffee pads available for a 1 leva fee each ( seriously you couldnt spare one as a welcome?!) no detergent left ( I would have happily paid for it) kitchen was modern and somehow the kitchenware felt cheap quiet neighbourhood yet you could hear the boulevard when at the balcony ugly huge dining table in the middle of the living room / kitchen talking to the host was unpleasant - definitely not a welcoming tone such a disappointment

Very nice place, good communication, well stocked, shop across the street.

The central location of Ruse is about a 20 minute walk down Bulgarian back streets which can be unsettling for some tourists. (It's safe though)

Galina was an exceptional hostess. The location is also within 12 minutes of where the bus COMING to Ruse arrives at, and 4 minutes from where the station it is LEAVING from.
